We urge guests to use care and caution on and about the property as we are unable to supervise activities or control most hazards.
The
following disclaimer gives examples of some risks, however your hosts are happy to advise that they have survived these risks for
15 years now, 365 days per year and have every expectation that they will continue to do so.
LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
Guests assume all risks of personal injury or death from any cause whatsoever while in or on the property,
including but not limited to the inherent risks of snow-shoeing, cross country skiing, hiking. Hazards may include, but are not limited
to, farm machinery, buildings and equipment, barbed and electric fences, domestic and range animals, wild animals, e.g. bear, cougar;
disease attributed to wildlife, e.g. mosquitos, ticks or other insects; wet, icy or slippery roads, paths or steps; sliding snow from
buildings; low beams or building parts, e.g. cabin.
Guests agree that Sage Farm and the hosts will not be liable for any personal injury
or death and waive all claims with respect thereto.
Guests agree that should any litigation be brought against Sage Farm or the hosts,
it shall be within the exclusive jurisdiction of British Columbia and that any rights, duties and obligations between guests and Sage
Farm or the hosts shall be governed by and interpreted solely in accordance with the laws of British Columbia.
